The entrance to this modern marvel is announced by cantilevered wing-like structural canopies formed with steel frames and enclosed with 80-ft high translucent glass curtain walls. Spanning over 150,000 square feet, with panoramic views of the National Mall, the United States Institute of Peace Building provides the spectacular setting for the most unforgettable New Year’s Eve party in D.C.

DJ Marvalous has done it all – from weddings, to cooperate events, to just about any type of party you can think of, he prides himself on his versatility when it comes to the art of the DJ, it’s safe to say that you will enjoy your experience if DJ Marvalous is providing the soundtrack.
DJ BM -- HIP HOP | CLASSICS | REGGAE/AFROBEAT
With a taste for current rap, classic 90’s hip-hop, reggae/afro beats, and fan favorites from the 2000s, BM has infused his passion for deejaying through these spectrums of musical influences. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and mixes together all the genres of music that he loves best. BM has a love for music that makes you want to dance your ass off!
Black Tie Attire Required. Suits or Tuxedos for Gentlemen, Cocktail Dresses or Gowns for Ladies. Entry will be denied for non-conforming attire. Refunds will not be issued.

(A) Guests can expect to hear a range of music from Hip Hop to Old School to Afrobeat to Today Top 40 Hits. The sound curators for the night are the best of the best: Harry Hotter, DJ Marvalous & DJ BM.
(Q) What is the dress code?
(A) The dress code is Black Tie attire; Suits or Tux’s for men and Cocktail Dresses for ladies. Mellon Management explicitly reserves the right to deny entry for non-conforming attire or presentation. No refunds issued for non-conforming attire or presentation.

(A) There are several parking options. Street parking on Constitution Avenue, and there is a 24 hour Garage parking is available at the Ronald Reagan building on 14th Street.

(A) USIP is a few blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro Center.
